1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS
1.1 “D-Plus” refers to the company D-Plus Online
1.2 “D-Plus Online” refers to the website on the internet with the URL address www.d-plusonline.com.
1.3 “You” refers to the customer who visits D-Plus Online and utilises the services available.
1.4 “Products” refer to the merchandise or products on D-Plus Online.
2.1 These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts and orders made with us for the sale and supply of products. By using D-Plus Online, placing an order with us, giving delivery instructions or accepting delivery of D-Plus products, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions and give your full acceptance of these terms.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions take precedence over any other terms put forward by the customer.
2.3 No other terms or changes to these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing and signed by us.
3. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
3.1 In order to shop with D-Plus Online you are required to provide us with your real name, number, e-mail address and payment details that you confirm to be valid and correct. You also confirm that you are the person reflected in the billing information you have provided us with.
3.2 This site grants access only to individuals who comply with D-Plus’s terms of eligibility. You confirm that you have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank recognised by D-Plus. We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
3.3 By ordering a product from us, you authorise us to perform credit checks and obtain information about you at our discretion in order to conduct the appropriate anti-fraud checks. The information you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency.
3.4 You will need to be at least 18 years of age.
3.5 You must have the authority to authorise D-Plus to process the charges on the credit/debit card you use in the amount of the total purchase price for the items which you have purchased.
4.1 All orders will be charged in Singapore Dollars.
4.2 All orders are subjected to stock availability.
4.3 All orders placed will be subjected to acceptance by D-Plus. All orders will be reviewed and personally processed. If the item(s) that you have requested is/are not in stock, we will contact you via your contact details provided and an appropriate course of action based on stock availability in the near future will be taken.
4.4 As all orders are subject to credit authorisation, approval by your credit card’s issuing bank and full payment are required before we prepare your order.
4.5 All sales shall not be concluded between you and D-Plus until full payment is received.
4.6 D-Plus regrets that any cancellation after orders have been successfully processed will not be approved.
4.7 All orders are subjected to stock availability.
5.1 There will be no contract of any kind between the customer and D-Plus until D-Plus dispatches the goods to the customer. The customer’s order is an offer to buy from D-Plus. Nothing that D-Plus does or says will amount to any acceptance of that offer until D-Plus dispatches the goods to the customer. At any point before the dispatch, D-Plus may decline to supply the goods to the customer without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched, a contract will be made between D-Plus and the customer.
5.2 The use of D-Plus website is available for non-commercial and personal use only. D-Plus reserves the right to refuse any orders from businesses or individuals that appear to be purchasing our products for commercial or other non-domestic purposes. A limit on the number of items that can be purchased through our site may also be placed to ensure the availability of all our products to our customers.
6.1 All products are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
6.2 For international orders, the prices of D-Plus Online products do not include taxes and duties, delivery charges, or any other additional charges (VAT, GST, etc.) incurred at the destination country.
6.3 For all delivery destinations and collections within Singapore, prices are inclusive of Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate in Singapore. This will be reflected during Check Out after the Delivery Option is chosen.
6.4 While all attempts are made to ensure that product prices and information are accurate, product prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.
6.5 D-Plus reserves the right to amend inaccurate pricing and information in the event of a mistake.
6.6 D-Plus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
7. INFORMATION COLLECTION & USAGE
7.1 D-Plus collects the details provided by you upon registration together with information we learn about you from your use of our services. By using D-Plus website, you understand we may use and/or disclose any information about your demographics in a manner which will not reveal your identity for the purpose of marketing, as well as strategic development, research and customer care.
8.1 You may not use D-Plus Online for any of the following purposes:
- Disseminating any unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, libellous, harmful or otherwise objectionable material.
- Transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, resulting in civil liability, and/or results in other breaches of relevant laws, regulations or codes of practice.
- Gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems
- Interfering with any other person’s enjoyment or use of D-Plus Online.
- Breaching any laws concerning the use of public telecommunications networks
- Making, storing or transmitting electronic or physical copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner
- These terms are applicable to any content generated or contributed by you as well including, but not limited to, comments and reviews of our products.
8.2 You will indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses reasonably suffered or incurred by us, all damages awarded against us under any judgement by a court of competent jurisdiction and all settlements sums paid by us as a result of any settlement agreed by us arising out or in connection with:
- Any claim by any third party that the use of D-Plus is defamatory, offensive, obscene, illegal or constitutes a breach of any applicable regulation, law or code of conduct.
- Any claim by a third party that your use of D-Plus Online infringes the third party’s copyright or other intellectual property rights of whatever the nature
- Any penalties or fines imposed by any regulatory, advertising or trading body or authority in connection with your use of D-Plus website.
9. APPLICABLE LAW
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the Courts of Singapore.
10. PROMOTION CODE
10.1 Your use of a discount code indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions.
10.2 All promotion codes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
10.3 They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed within the given validity period.
10.4 All codes are valid for one month from the date of issue (unless otherwise stated).
10.5 The minimum total purchase to redeem a promotion code is SGD$100 (unless otherwise stated).
10.6 All codes are valid for a one-time use only.
10.7 Codes are only valid at www.d-plusonline.com.
10.8 D-Plus reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a discount code at any time without prior notice or explanation.
10.9 D-Plus shall not be liable to any individual(s) for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, withdrawal or cancellation of any discount code or any failure or inability of a customer or household to use a discount code for any reason.
11. SECURITY & FRAUD
11.1 When you use a discount code you acknowledge that you are the duly authorised recipient of the discount code and that you are using it in good faith.
11.2 If you redeem or attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of discount codes to secure discounts you are not entitled to, you may be committing a civil or criminal offence.
11.3 D-Plus reserves the right to reject any individual who we believe to be using discount codes unlawfully, and you agree that you will have no claim against D-Plus for the cancellation or rejection of any discount code under these circumstances. D-Plus also reserves the right to take further action in such circumstances.
12. STATUS, COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS
12.1 Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer on the completed order form. If you are having an item shipped to a different location from your billing address, please ensure that you fill in the billing and delivery addresses on the order form completely and correctly.
12.2 D-Plus will deliver the customer’s order to the main entrance of the delivery address provided. Any other special delivery requests have to be confirmed and approved when purchase is first made. D-Plus reserves the right to deliver to only the main entrance of the delivery address provided by you when completing the order form.
12.3 All deliveries must be received and signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. Our delivery driver is entitled to ask the individual receiving the package for identification to verify his/her age if he/she deems it necessary.
12.4 D-Plus will only deliver the package to the customer who ordered the goods due to safety reasons. If the customer is unable to receive the package but would like to assign another individual responsibility for receiving the package, the name of the recipient must be provided to us in the order confirmation form.
12.5 In the event that the goods are delivered to the customer’s requested delivery location and no authorised individual is available to sign for the package, our delivery personnel will not be able to leave the item at the customer’s delivery address. The customer will need to contact customer services to arrange to pick up the purchase at a designated location or arrange another delivery date.
12.6 If the customer requests for redelivery, D-Plus is entitled to charge an additional fee for providing the service.
12.7 While we make every effort to deliver all customer goods within an agreed time, D-Plus will not be liable if it fails to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond its control.
12.8 We aim to inform you if we find that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery time but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any costs, losses, charges, damages or liabilities that may arise out of late delivery.
12.9 Please read our ‘Shipping Terms’ for more information regarding local and overseas delivery services.
12.10 Deliveries will be made only on working days. We apologise that there will be no deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
12.11 When you receive your order, you must inspect the product immediately after delivery. If there are any damages or faults, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and hold on to all documents and packaging that was received with the product.
12.12 All risks and responsibility for the products is passed on to the customer upon delivery. After delivery, D-Plus will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the product.
12.13 Please note that there are some locations that are out of reach of D-Plus delivery network. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you using the details you provided us in your order confirmation form and arrange for the cancellation of the order. If possible, we will arrange for the purchase to be delivered to an alternative delivery address.
12.14 D-Plus delivers all our items in our standard packaging. Any special requests or additional packing requested by the customer is subject to additional fees.
12.15 If delivery or collection is postponed for an extended period of time due to an unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if the customer does not collect the product from the carrier within 2 weeks of our first attempt at delivering the product, we may do one of the following:
12.16 We may charge you a reasonable storage fee and all other costs incurred by us to hold the product for the customer
12.17 We may cancel the contract made between D-Plus and the customer for that particular purchase and no longer make the product available for delivery or collection. In the event of a cancellation of the contract, we will refund you the money paid to us for the product after deducting the reasonable administrative charges (including all delivery and storage charges)
13. CUSTOMER SERVICES
13.1 If you do not receive your order within 14 working days from the date of confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com.
13.2 We welcome all suggestions and comments from our valued customers to help us to continually improve our products and services. Please drop us your feedback at firstname.lastname@example.org.
14. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
14.1 D-Plus regrets that any cancellation after an order has been placed will not be approved.
15. CANCELLATION BY THE GARDENS’ SHOP
15.1 D-Plus may cancel an order if a product is not available for any reason. In the event of the unavailability of a purchased product, we will notify you and refund the payment in full through the same method originally used to purchase the product within 7 working days.
16. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
16.1 When you shop with D-Plus, delivering quality products in pristine condition is our top priority. However, we understand that there may be instances where a product needs to be returned.
16.2 While we take all the necessary precautions to ensure that orders leave our warehouse free of defect, we do acknowledge that human error may occur sometimes. Should you receive faulty, incorrect or damaged D-Plus merchandise, please contact us at email@example.com and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible. Because quality is of utmost importance to us, rest assured that we will handle the matter appropriately and quickly.
16.3 Faulty, incorrect or damaged D-Plus merchandise should be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the product. The product should be returned in its original packaging. Do note that we would require pictures that clearly show the damage/fault to the product to be taken so that we can access the damage as well.
16.4 D-Plus is not liable for any goods missing or damaged during the delivery of your return. The customer shall return goods at his/her own cost. A new undamaged item identical to the one purchased will be sent back to the customer. The new item will only be sent out once the faulty/damaged item has been returned.
16.5 D-Plus will not cover the cost or refund shipping charges unless due to a company error.
17. UNCONTROLLABLE/UNFORSEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
17.1 D-Plus shall not be liable for any delays or breach in the fulfilment of a contract that are a result of any natural disaster or uncontrollable event, actions of third parties (including, but not limited to, hackers, governments, war, hostilities, piracy, terrorism, arrests, national emergencies, strikes, epidemics, storms, floods, earthquakes, mechanical breakdowns) and all other uncontrollable circumstances.
18. D-PLUS WEBSITE LIABILITY
18.1 While all attempts have been made to ensure that the information provided is reputable, of high quality and as accurate as possible, D-Plus does not assert that product description or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable or error-free.
18.2 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour and size of all the items that appear on D-Plus. However, as computer monitors may vary, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.
18.3 We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of information or for any technical problems you may experience with D-Plus website.
18.4 If there are any inaccuracies or oversights that you notice, please inform us at email@example.com and we will try to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
18.5 In particular, D-Plus disclaims all liabilities in connection with the following:
- Technical problems including interruptions or errors of D-Plus website
- Incompatibility of our website with any of your equipment, telecommunications or software
- Inaccuracy or unreliability of D-Plus Online
- Inability of D-Plus to meet your requirements
18.6 To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of profits, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect or punitive damages that arise out of our are related to D-Plus website.
19. INTERNATIONAL USE
19.1 D-Plus makes no promises that the materials on our website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Singapore, and accessing the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited.
19.2 If you choose to access this site from locations outside Singapore, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with your country’s local laws.
20. AVAILABILITY OF D-PLUS WEBSITE
20.1 Although D-Plus aims to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services at our website will meet your requirements. D-Plus cannot guarantee that the service will be error free. If an error occurs at any point of time, you should report it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
20.2 Please be aware that your access to D-Plus website may occasionally be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance and/or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will aim to restore the services as soon as possible.
21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
21.1 Your use of D-Plus Online and its contents does not grant you rights with regards to any designs, trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the content.

25.4 D-Plus shall not be held responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
26. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
26.1 D-Plus reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions as deemed fit. If any substantial changes are made, you will be given ample notification.
26.2 You agree that your continued use of D-Plus Online and services after such amendment(s) will establish your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
27. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
