We are extremely proud of our products, and hence do not offer refunds. We do, however, offer exchanges in the following extenuating circumstances:
- If the wrong item was shipped (Yes, we do make mistakes sometimes!)
- The wrong size or colour was shipped (Ditto!)
- The item is defective (In the rarest of rare cases!)
Items should be reported to D-Plus with 7 days of delivery, and returned within 15 days of delivery in an unwashed, undamaged and unused condition, with the original tags, packaging and sales receipt. We do, however, reserve the right to deny an exchange if the returned product does not meet the above-mentioned criteria. In case we erred, we’ll send you a replacement at NO additional charge.
