Orders placed and confirmed after 0800 hours (Singapore Time, GMT +8) on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays in Singapore will be processed on the next business day.
We only deliver to one delivery address per order. Any redirection of address will be subjected to an additional re-routing delivery fee. Delivery to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

When the order is ready, you will receive a pick-up notification email informing them to pick up their order at their chosen store.
Order will not be available for collection until you receive the email notification. To collect your order, please bring along your confirmation email. Please proceed the collection within 14 days after you receive the notification email.
